Training and Placement
The Training and Placement is the growth point of contact for companies to interact with National College. We would like to convey our sincere gratitude to all our recruiters for their continued support to recruit our students. The Department of training and placement conducts programmes that offer various services to meet the professional development needs of students. Throughout the year guide the students to make them professionals. We the NCT provide enough training for the students of final year.
Activities
- Basic Communication Skills training.
- Developing Verbal & Non-Verbal Communications.
- Programmes providing career guidance.
- Conducting group discussions & mock interview practice sessions.
- Providing Aptitude training and technical skill training.
- Personality and team development skill training.
Facilities
The placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and the companies. NCT is well equipped and is to support the placement process at all stages. Following are the facilities to aid the process:
- Auditoriums to conduct pre-placement talks and written tests.
- Halls are available to conduct interviews and group discussions.
- We have 100 computers on LAN & Online out of 250.
- Student volunteers to assist on the day of the visit.
