HOW TO APPLY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR UN-AIDED COURSES 1. The cost of Application is as follows :
2. Do not enclose any original or photocopies of mark statements and certificates with the application. 3. Selected candidates should submit the following, at the time of admission: a. Three passport size Photographs. b. Original Mark Statement, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Community Certificate and Income Certificate. c. Five photocopies of all the above mentioned certificates duly attested (especially for Backward, Most Backward, Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe communities). d. Physically handicapped/Ex-service men/Sports men, should submit the original and photo copies of the certificates duly attested. 4. The candidates are advised to keep sufficient number of photocopies before they hand over the original certificates to the office for admission. After the admissions, original certificates will not be given back at any cost, during the course. 5. Provisionally selected candidates will be called for personal interview with their parents. If not, they will not be admitted to the College. 6. Admission will be confirmed only after the approval of Directorate of Government Examinations. If any duplication, correction or malpractices are found, the admission will be summarily cancelled and the applicant is punishable as per the Government rules. 7. Students should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Government and should not indulge in any activity against the college and the Government. 8. The filled in application form should be submitted within ten days of publication of +2 and UG results. 9. Admissions are made strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Bharathidasan University and the Government of Tamil Nadu. |
